Join us at Embracing Fitness for a Wednesday evening yoga class led by Vinni Taneja Spiritual Guruness™ of Chakra Wellness.
This class is taught in the Hatha style which allows students to hold poses that promote strength, flexibility, and alignment. It encourages mindfulness, body awareness, and breath work allowing practitioners to connect more deeply with their physical selves and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
